The platform is maintained as infrastructure-as-code in a private repository. This page describes how we approach platform administration.

Runbooks

We document operational procedures as runbooks — step-by-step guides for common tasks and recovery scenarios. Examples include:

  • Onboarding a new project or team
  • Secret management and rotation
  • Database recovery
  • Cluster maintenance and upgrades

Runbooks are designed to make it easier to recover from known problem scenarios and to onboard new people into platform maintenance. They live alongside the infrastructure code in the platform repository.
